Just two years after bringing the food truck to Nashville, Cousins Maine Lobster franchisees Quinn and Craig Betts are hoping to keep up with the demand at a new brick-and-mortar restaurant located just south of Nashville. You can find the lobster-focused eatery in Smyrna, Tennessee, at 932 Almaville Rd Suite 200.
The duo is serving up the same lobster rolls available at the food trucks, but the restaurant features an expanded menu with new items like a Lobster BLT and Maine fried clams.

Cousin Main Lobster's Smyrna outpost is one of its first non-food truck operations, with restaurants to open soon in Atlanta, Raleigh and Clearwater Beach, Florida.
