Residence Inn

The first of two new hotels will open in Green Hills on Saturday. Residence Inn, located at 3807 Cleghorn Ave., will be the area’s only extended stay hotel, meaning the rooms will feature full kitchens and living areas.

The hotel is designed for stays of five nights or more, with each suite fully-equipped kitchen with a coffeemaker, microwave oven and residential-sized appliances. Residence Inn will share a parking garage with Hilton Green Hills, a full-service hotel with 210 rooms opening in February.

What to expect during a stay

Residence Inn's Green Hills location features studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom suites with upscale décor. Because it's designed for extended stay, each suite has a kitchen with a coffeemaker, microwave oven and residential-sized appliances.

The amenities

When hungry, guests can visit a daily breakfast, utilize its grocery delivery service or find something at the hotel's 24-hour onsite food and beverage market. Other amenities include complimentary WiFi, dry cleaning services and an onsite guest laundry room.

Guests can also access fax, copy and print materials, as well as an outdoor swimming pool and fitness center

What they said

“We are pleased with the continued growth of Residence Inn hotels in the Nashville area,” said Diane Mayer, vice president and global brand manager, Residence Inn. “When on the road for an extended period, our guests need space to spread out, maintain their life’s pace and restore their energy to help them maintain a healthy balance and routine while traveling. This new hotel offers them a seamless blend of modern style and functionality that allows them to settle in and thrive.”
