Nashville traffic

Drivers can expect delays Thursday evening when the Tennessee Titans host the Jacksonville Jaguars at Nissan Stadium.

Metro Police warn commuters to prepare for heavy traffic during afternoon rush hour as thousands of fans travel downtown leading up to the 7:20 p.m. kickoff.

The Woodland Street Bridge will close by 5:30 p.m. and will be available to only pedestrians and shuttle buses through the conclusion of the game. Although gates to Nissan Stadium open at 5 p.m., fans with parking passes will have access to the stadium parking lots at 3 p.m.

How will traffic be impacted during and after the game?

The Korean War Veterans Memorial Bridge connecting East Nashville to downtown will be open to eastbound and westbound traffic until the mass departure begins.

At the beginning of the fourth quarter, all lanes of the bridge will be open to westbound traffic only, which police say will help disperse congestion around Nissan Stadium.

Can I take a shuttle to Nissan Stadium?

Shuttle service InShuttle will provide service beginning at 5:50 p.m. for this game. For $10 a person, the shuttle will take you from parking lots at 10th Circle North/Charlotte Avenue and Rosa L. Parks Blvd/10th Circle North.
